Terms of Use

By accessing or using SubhVivah (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use means you accept the revised Terms.

• You must be at least 18 and legally competent to marry under applicable law.
• Use the Platform only for lawful matrimonial purposes, not casual dating.
• One account per person; agencies require written permission.

You’re responsible for your credentials and activity. We may require verification (email, phone, ID) and may approve/deny accounts to protect safety and integrity.

• You grant SubhVivah a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display your content solely to operate the Platform.
• Provide accurate info; upload only content you own or are authorized to share.
• We may moderate, edit, or remove content violating these Terms or law.

Exercise caution when interacting with others. We do not guarantee matches or marriage outcomes and are not responsible for users’ conduct. Report abuse via in-app tools or the contacts below.

• Harassment, hate speech, threats, obscenity, or exploitation.
• Impersonation, fake profiles, spam/scams, money solicitation.
• Doxxing or publishing private info without consent.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, security interference, or malware.
• Infringing content of any kind.

Paid features (if any) disclose price, duration, and benefits. Payments via third parties. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable. Misuse may forfeit benefits and lead to account action.

Our Privacy Policy explains data collection and use. By using the Platform, you consent to processing. Adjust privacy controls where available.

You authorize service/security/transactional messages (email/SMS/in-app). Marketing messages may be sent; you can opt out where provided (service messages may still be required).

Except for your content, SubhVivah’s logos, UI, and code are protected. Do not copy, modify, or distribute platform assets without permission.

Third-party sites/services are for convenience. We don’t endorse nor control them; use at your own risk.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO GUARANTEE OF MATCHES OR OUTCOMES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS/DATA/GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS YOU PAID (IF ANY) IN THE PRIOR 6 MONTHS.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SubhVivah and its personnel from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

We may suspend/terminate access for violations, risk, or legal reasons. You can delete your account in settings (where available). IP, liability, and indemnity survive termination.

Governed by Indian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha (India), subject to any mandatory arbitration/consumer laws. Attempt informal resolution first.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will update the “Last Updated” date and, where required, include additional notice.
